Last night just before dark, a giant red blob on the radar crept across our skinny little strip of land here on the Outer Banks. The storm crossed mostly in Duck/Southern Shores but everyone North and South had an amazing view of lightning and cloud formations. The icing on the cake was the sunset which added an array of colors to the sky’s palette. Luckily no damage was done as this storm was all bark and no bite.
